The project defines an austere setting of great atmosphere, built with balance and rationality, where the geometric shape of the pool provides visual stability, combining the obvious aspects of the installation with unusual plays of light. The functional role of the ceramic surface, knowingly matched with the white of the plastering, is brilliantly achieved with just one material, simply used in two elegant shades of grey featuring a natural or bush-hammered finish, depending on the zone in question. The cladding rises from the bottom of the pool towards the wall, exactly establishing the spatial limits, while the whiteness of the ceiling, emphasized by the zenithal light, becomes the screen that reflects and amplifies the colour of the water, which the material in the pool interior turns into tones of grey-green.
